Call for Papers

Publishing Ethics for Conference Papers

1. Originality and Plagiarism

Submit only original work. Properly cite all sources, including your own previously published work (to avoid self-plagiarism). Do not submit the same paper to multiple conferences or journals simultaneously.

2. Authorship and Contribution

List as authors only those who made a significant intellectual contribution to the research. Acknowledge individuals who contributed to the work in a non-authorial capacity (e.g., technical help, general support). All listed authors must approve the final version of the paper and agree to its submission.

3. Data Integrity

Present accurate data. Do not fabricate, falsify, or manipulate data. Maintain records of data and be ready to provide them if requested.

4. Conflicts of Interest

Disclose any conflicts of interest (financial, institutional, or personal) that could affect the interpretation of your results.

5. Ethical Research Practices

If the research involves human or animal subjects, include evidence of ethical approval from a relevant committee. Follow all applicable guidelines and obtain informed consent when necessary.

6. Peer Review Integrity

Maintain confidentiality and anonymity during the peer review process (if you're asked to review). Avoid reviewing a paper if you have a conflict of interest.

7. Misconduct and Corrections

If errors or misconduct are discovered post-submission/publication, promptly inform the conference organizers. Be willing to issue corrections or retractions if necessary.

8. Dual Submission and Redundant Publication

Do not re-submit a paper that has already been accepted or published elsewhere. Avoid submitting fragmented results of a single study to multiple conferences unless justified and disclosed.

Note:
  • Selected paper (Peer Reviewed) will be published in CRC Press (Taylor and Francis) and Springer proceeding (is in process).
  • At least one of the authors of paper needs to register for the conference and to present the paper(s), through an Offline/Online Mode presentation.
