Today, PSIT has become Ist among all other Engineering, Pharmacy & MBA institutes of UP and in the academic session 2008-9, PSIT has achieved Ist rank in Pharmacy and MBA out of 102 & 195 institutes respectively and 10th rank in B.Tech. out of 207 institutes. It is a remarkable accomplishment .Besides, 7 B.Pharm. Toppers out of ten and 2 toppers out of ten in B. Tech are from our institute. PSIT has become the only Institute of repute whose competitors are either Govt. colleges or Private Colleges, started 10 or 15 years ago. * Our institute has secured no. one position in M.B.A. Course among all 195 institutes and 10th rank in B.Tech. out of 207 institutes in 2008-09 under U P Technical University, Lucknow.
* We wish to run technology focus training center, which will cater and fulfill the needs of fresh candidates through the state of the art training center. With a view to attaining this purpose, we have also undertaken initiative to establish IBM Centre of excellence center to promote technical skills and scientific temper of our faculty & students.Through the IBM Academic Initiative, IBM has set up IBM Center of Excellence to train our students the open-standards skills they will need to compete in the ever-changing technology. This initiative offers a wide range of technology education benefits that can be scaled to meet the goals of the institute.
*In addition to this, the institute has undertaken academic alliance with MICROSOFT and ORACLE. The faculty members of the institute have submitted many project proposals related to Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Center to National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board Department of Science Technology, Govt. of India.
